At Kraftrends Jaipur, we believe in maintaining a customer-friendly approach to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. We are here to assist you both before and after your purchase.
We strongly encourage all customers to ask any questions related to fabric type, design, measurements, or anything else before placing an order. Our team is readily available on Email, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and we are happy to assist you 24x7, 365 days a year!
When is Exchange Not Accepted?

Color Difference: Slight variations (10–15%) may occur due to screen resolution or lighting. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on this basis.

Material or Color Dislike: We use high-quality materials and provide detailed product descriptions. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for dissatisfaction with material or color.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after placing an order.
Exchange Due to Size Issues

If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing the order.

If you still face a sizing issue, email us at kraftrendsjaipur@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and details of the issue.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on stock availability.

A charge of INR 249 per item will apply for reverse pickup and re-dispatch.

No size exchanges for items purchased on sale.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
Every product undergoes strict quality checks. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help.
Please email us at kraftrendsjaipur@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product, including:

Your order number

Clear images of the product issue

An unboxing video for verification
Once verified:

We will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement within 3–5 business days.

If the item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 30 days.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed in approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items if a replacement is not possible.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and Credited within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

The refund will be made to your original payment method.

You will be notified once the refund has been successfully initiated.
International Orders
Please note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders at this time.
